A Post Graduate in Nuclear Physics, a Gold Medalist in MBA and with a Doctoral degree in Banking has a blend of 26 years of commercial & development banking executive experience specially in credit marketing (including Leasing and Hire purchase), appraisal, management and supervision at medium & senior levels, including training senior executives and 8 years of teaching at PG level (for MBA and M.Com). He has been a visiting faculty on Bank Lending and Corporate Finance at banking training institutes of international reputation like College of Agricultural Banking, Poona (Reserve Bank of India) JNIDB, Hyderabad, INDIA (Jawaharlal Nehru Institute for Development Banking – Training Division of Industrial Development Bank of India) and also at Staff Colleges of Union Bank of India, Canara Bank, State Bank of India, SIBSTC, etc for over 20 years. He was a subject expert / member of the Committee for Curriculum Development for M.B.A.(V.T.U.) and M.B.F.I (Kuvempu University). He was the leader of the Working Group for Organization and Curriculum Development for M.B.A.(Autonomous) Degree of SIDDAGANGA INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY.
He was also a former Director on the Boards of Siddaganga Urban Co-operative Bank, Tumkur and Sharada Mahila Co-operative Bank, Tumkur. His areas of interest include Corporate Finance, International Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions, Bank lending, leasing and hire purchase etc.
Dr. Anil Yaragatti Professor

Dr.Anil Yaragatti is a faculty in accounts and finance. He comes with diverse rich experience of 23 years in finance as practitioner, researcher and teacher. He is also exposed to the Auditing and Accounting in various audit firms. His area of interest are Corporate Finance, Financial, Cost and Management Accounting and Tax Management. He was also a guest faculty at Institute of Companies Secretary of India, Hubli-Dharwad branch, before joining JSS-DVH .
Ms. Mangala B. Nayak Asst. Professor,
M.Com, C.S.(Final)
Area: Finance, Accounting,Quantitative Techniques & Company law.
Prof. Mangala B. Nayak is a gold medalist in M.Com from Karnatak University.Presently she is working as Asst. Professor with JSS DVH-IMSR, Vidyagiri, Dharwad.She is known for her contribution in teaching for Commerce & Management Studies overa period of 17 years. She is also pursuing Companies Secretary final exams under ICSI, New Delhi.
Sunilkumar R Hiremath Lecturer,

He is Mechanical Engineer with a masters degree in management from Bangalore University. He worked with leading automobile industries for three years in LML Ltd and Bajaj Dealers Network as managing their operations. He is teaching general management and finance subjects.

Ms. Jyoti Pattanshetty holds a masters degree in economics from Karnatak University, Dharwad and MBA in Human Resource from JSS DVH-IMSR. Her areas of interest include – Organizational Development, Group Dynamics, Human Resource Development and Managerial Economics. She also holds an Accounting Certificate from the North Carolina University, Charlotte, U.S.A.
Prof. Vinod Basupattad, MBA

Mr. Vinod Basupattad has 9 years of industry experience with 7 years in Banking and NBFC. He has worked with leading private sector banks like IndusInd Bank Ltd and The Dhanalaxmi Bank Ltd. In his last assignment he was Chief Manager- Process and Projects at IndusInd Bank at Corporate Office in Mumbai. He has expertise in Banking operations, Compliance, Sales and Marketing. His areas of interest includes General Management, Ethical Practice in Business and Micro Finance.
